Hero Gels are fast setting nappages with brilliant shine and unique protection capabilities for pastries. They are produced from natural fruit concentrates, water, sugar, and a special pectin. In the case of Herogel neutral, added lemon juice gives the product a unique fruity and refreshing taste. Hero gels are highly concentrated and are to be diluted with 50% water. After boiling, a thin layer of Herogel, applied with brush or airbrush, guarantees a brilliant result.

Hero Glazes are fast setting jellies with brilliant gloss, that preserve the natural fruit color and brilliance of your pastries and keep them brilliant and fresh. Hero glazes are to be used directly out of the pail as glaze on cakes, oven-hot pastries or sponge cakes. Our glazes are ready-to-use, directly out of the pail, cold or warm, even on oven-hot pastries. In addition, they are easily spreadable and offer optimal protection between pastry layers and on the top layer. These glazes are made primarily from natural fruit pulp, sugar, water, and pectin and are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union.

Hero fruit purees are shelf stable, ready-to-use, and contain only ripe, freshly harvested fruits. Packaged in a standing, pourable pouch, this item allows ambient storage, provides stability on the shelf, and pours easily. Hero fruit purees are all natural products that contain 90% fruit and only 10% sugar, and are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union.

Hero fruit compounds are ready-to-use concentrates, made out of natural, sun-ripened, fresh fruits and natural flavors.
